A Moment in Time: Walker’s 1902 Baseball Team

Who played for Walker’s baseball team?

A team was organized in 1902.  Every town had their own team and the competition was fierce.  Some teams even paid a good player to leave their team and play for them.  Teams traveled to different towns in our county by train.  Front: Bob Ross, John Born, Buck Richmire, Bob Berggren Back: Charlie Carlson, Bob Bailey, Bob Renner, Don Bright, Coach John Little John.
