Member of the week: Northern Waters Land Trust

Northern Water Land Trust is a nonprofit dedicated to preserving land to protect water, woods and wildlife in our 4-county area for future generations. On Saturday, September 14, 2019 they celebrated all of their hard work to become an Accredited land trust by the national organization, the Land Trust Alliance. This organization’s reach includes six watersheds including the Leech Lake Watershed. Their website is: www.northernwaterslandtrust.org.
