Member of the week: Anderson’s Pine Point

Andersons Pine Point Resort is one of the original resorts on Leech Lake dating to the 1920’s and is the 7th resort of the Anderson Family on the lake. Jeff Anderson (Grand Vu Lodge) purchased this in September of 2018 and added walker resident Jason Benck as the new Manager. This resort is open all year round and has two winterized cabins for the winter of 2019 and four for winter 2020 as well as sleeper and day fishhouse rental. Many new improvements are being made to include full remodel of two cabins into a 5 and 2-bedroom, remodel of original lodge/office, bait house and bridge over the harbor. Our resort is the main access to Pine point fishing to include the walker narrows, Grandview flats and goose Island. Plowed lake access is $10/day or $100/season pass. We will have a full service resort this summer to include gas, bait, game room and lodge/office as well as 34 seasonal, monthly and daily RV/mobile home campsites.
