Meet our new Board Member – June LeBlanc – Country Inn Walker

My name is June LeBlanc and I manage the Country Inn Walker. I have served on the Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce board in the past, but it is good to get back on the board and see all the changes in our business section and community of Walker.

I have always been in the service industry, starting at 13 as a waitress with many changes to my career until landing here. I have been with the Country Inn for 15 years. My favorite part of the industry is serving others, and no 2 days are ever the same. My favorite part of Country Inn is Ducky, if you don’t know Ducky, jump on our facebook page, and follow him.

My hobbies include cooking, baking, and spending time with my grandkids, and if I can mix my two favorites together, even better😊

I will always remember coming to Walker with my grandparents and after a day of shopping we would get to stop at the A & W for frosty Mug.

I look forward to being a part of the Leech Lake Chamber Board and working in our community, which has so much to offer.
