Board’s Best – Terra Anderson

We are highlighting our Newest Board Members and thanking them for their service.

Terra Anderson – Anderson’s South Shore – Anderson’s Pine Point – Anderson’s Grand Vu. This is Terra’s First year on our board and we are so excited to have her working with us to help make Leech Lake/Walker Area a thriving and better place to live & visit.

I have lived in Walker since I was 11 years old. I moved here in the 6th grade. One of my favorite things about Walker and Leech Lake is the small town atmosphere. Walker feels like family to me.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

With my spare time I enjoy creative things like painting. I spend most of my spare time with my family. We enjoy the outdoors. We love to hunt together and spend time on the lake.

If you have an afternoon free in the Walker/Leech Lake area , what would you be doing and where?

If I had a free afternoon in Walker I would shop in the stores. It is not often we get the chance to walk through all of our creative businesses in Walker. My husband and I try to do this a few times each summer. We enjoy lunch at one of our restaurants and fill our truck with all the unique things you can buy in our town!
