Mathew spent 20 years recycling asphalt roads as a Milling Foreman & Superintendent before transitioning to business ownership and saving roofs. Jaime has 25 years of customer service having worked in retail, sales & marketing, pharmacy, and most recently, 5 years in a Preschool as a S.M.A.R.T. instructor.
