Minnesota Legion Oratorical Contest Winner Elijah Cox was the speaker at the Walker Legion Membership dinner. He delivered his winning contest presentation to the Legion members who were very impressed with this young man’s delivery. Elijah will be competing May 17-19 in Hillsdale, Mich., at Hillsdale College in the Legion National Oratorical Contest.
