The Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce presents Hair By Juli as the Member of The Week! Each week a new business will be featured as a “thank you” for being a part of our membership. Hair By Juli was established in 1995.  Over the years, the name changed and this became a work home for many very talented hair stylists, massage therapists and great people.  In January 2016 Hair by Juli returned and is now a work home for myself, Juli Freeman and Hannah Stylstad.  We provide all hair services and carry Davines.  Davines is all natural, sustainable hair, body and face care that is truly amazing.
