Walker’s Annual Great Gift Card Giveaway

November 18 – December 31st.

It’s that time of year again! Our Great Gift Card Giveaway will be ongoing through December 31 and we are excited for you to join us this holiday season! You could start your 2025 with $1,000 in gift cards for your Leech Lake shopping experience. Read below to learn how to win!

Here’s how you participate:

  • Are you 18 years old or older? Go holiday shopping (or treat yourself!) and spend $10 or more at any of our Leech Lake businesses that are participating listed below.
  • For every $10 you spend at that business up to $400, you get a ticket! Just remember, you can only get 40 tickets per transaction, even if you spend more than $400.
  • Our sponsored businesses began giving out tickets, and will continue distributing tickets through December 31.
  • Want to play but not shop? Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 1089, Walker, MN 56484. This will earn you a single ticket.
  • We’ll pick up the tickets during the first full week of January 2025.
  • We’ll draw winners on January 6 and post winning ticket numbers and prizes by 4 p.m. that afternoon. Winners do not have to be present to win! Look for winners to be posted on leech-lake.com as well as leechlakechamber on Facebook.
  • Did you win? You will have until January 24, 2025 to bring your winning ticket to our office — either in person or by certified mail. Otherwise, we will consider your tickets null and void. If you’re going the certified mail route, please send those tickets to P.O. Box 1089, Walker, MN 56484
  • Are you one of our business sponsors or work at a Leech Lake business that is? You can still play to win! However, your winning tickets can not come from your place of employment.
  • If you’re a store employee, you can get your store-credit with your qualifying purchases. Just have your manager sign your receipt and present this to the Chamber to get your contest tickets.
  • If you’re a contest sponsor, just a friendly reminder that you may be asked to provide all names and addresses of your business’ winners for prizes at $100 or more, within one year of us announcing the winners. As always, we are so happy to not only provide this fun contest but to see the Walker community shop local this holiday season. We appreciate the support of both the business community and our local shoppers this year! We love being reminded that not only is local business back in full swing, but our community support never wavers.
