Moondance Harvest Moon

The fall wind through the trees, music and laughter and the POP of the cork on your favorite bottle of wine, what do these all have in common?  Sounds you will hear at the Moondance campgrounds this coming weekend. Walker, Mn is the place to be on October 3rd celebrating all the joys that fall has to offer.  It will all begin on Friday night as local restaurants offer specials pairing of food and wine.  On Saturday Walker Area Community Center will be hosting a kids Harvest Moon during the day.

This is  one of the most unique beer and wine tasting events ever with over 100 different beers and wines. Entertainment will include the Kellogg Duo along with Timmy Haus & Tripwire.  Lakes Area Power Sports will be giving ATV & UTV rides and demonstrations.  Other things going on will include redneck Olympics, traveling art pub, U of M Deer Lab, Mann Lake Honey Bees, pie baking, pumpkin carving, pickleball tournament and much more.
