We are a skilled nursing facility and long-term care center located in Walker, MN. Our facility is located nearby to Leech Lake.
We understand how important it is to return home quickly following an illness or surgery, so we provide short-term rehabilitation to help get you back home as quickly as possible.
Our residents and patients are encouraged to enjoy a variety of onsite activities, such as spiritual services and bus tours of the surrounding area.
