- W. Jones, Inc is a family owned business with Dale & Harriet Jones as Founders, and Skip & Lori Duchesneau. Skip Duchesneau is President of D.W. Jones, Inc while his wife Lori Duchesneau is President of D. W. Jones Management, Inc.
Working together, they have been “Creating Better Living” since 1976. D.W. Jones, Inc. has built or acquired 1,518 rental units in twenty-six communities throughout the state of Minnesota with a new construction, acquisition & rehabilitation cost of almost one hundred sixty six million dollars. These projects range from market-rate to affordable apartments and assisted living properties.
The D.W. Jones, Inc. Development Team, consisting of Skip Duchesneau, Andrew Duchesneau and Debbie Hodapp, specialize in all facets of multi-family development. Our Development Team prides itself upon being able to visualize conceptual ideals, and then deliver them within the allotted financial and time constraints.
Current projects under development include Apex Townhomes and Pelican Landing in Detroit Lakes, The Colony in Pelican Rapids, Warroad Townhomes in Warroad, and Country Terrace in Motley. Recently completed projects include Capstone in Duluth and Mysa House in Mora.
