Member Spotlight: Access North

Access North is a private non-profit organization that provides independent living services to people of all ages and disabilities. Our consumers have control over decisions regarding their lives and services. Our services promote self-determination and self-sufficiency, the pursuit of meaningful goals, opportunities and choices.

Our Core services include Independent Living Skills, Advocacy, Information & Referral, Peer mentoring/ Group support and Transition.

Other programs include Assistive Technology/ Lending Library, Mini Grant Program, CDCS Planning, Ramp Project, Framing Hope program, and PCA/Homemaking services.

Additionally, we host a weekly cooking class and a garden class.

The Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce presents Access North as the Member of The Week! Each week a new business will be featured as a “thank you” for being a part of our membership.
