Willard is a true Walker lover. He is a leader on the Ethnic Fest Committee and is the top button seller of all times. Willard is also a chamber ambassador where he represents the chamber with enthusiasm. Willard also just celebrated his birthday so remember to wish him a Happy Birthday when you see him.
