In 2004, Mike McFarlane, P.E., LS, added the water and sewer design services to NECI, bringing with him 13 years of City infrastructure experience. In 2008, George Coulombe, L.S., reinforced the government survey services and also added another Licensed Surveyor to the staff. In 2008 NECI opened an office in Billings, MT. Wallace Gladstone is now managing that office. In 2010, NECI opened an office in Walker, MN. Terry Freeman, L.S., added another 33 years Land Surveying experience and is managing that office. Today NECI employs over 28 people including 6 PE’s, 6 LS’s, 13 technicians and recently added GIS services and a licensed Wetland Delineation specialist. NECI is a professional service firm comprised of engineers and surveyors, providing innovative solutions for clients Nationwide. We take pride in building lasting relationships; evidence of our success is 90% of our 2014 projects were for return clients.NECI continues to look to the future by investing in the latest technologies to more efficiently meet our client’s needs while creating growth opportunities for our staff.
