Lakes North Chorale join the Festival of Lights activities
FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS and LAKES NORTH CHORALE
CHRISTMAS SHOW – “HERE WE COME A-CAROLING”
Walker’s newly formed community chorale ensemble is prepping for their Christmas
concert. Directed by Joanna Aamodt, former director of Taste of Broadway,
many accomplished voices will bring favorite Christmas music to the community
on Friday, November 25th at Northern Lights Hotel Event Center, south of
Walker at the Y.
Begin your evening with the Festival of Lights parade in Walker at 6:00 p.m.
When the parade ends, doors open for “Here We Come A-Caroling”.
Continue your holiday evening at Northern Lights with social time
libations of Christmas cheer (available for additional fare).
Next, enjoy a full buffet dinner with carving station and conclude the evening
with the musical Christmas program, all included in your ticket price.
Join with us as we provide traditional favorites from your youth and pass
the legacy of this magical season to your loved ones. You’ll hear White
Christmas, Little Drummer Boy, Happy Holidays, The Christmas Song,
Christmastime is Here from Charlie Brown, soloists and much more. Children
will be invited to the stage to gather round the reading of “Twas the Night Before
Christmas !” No matter your age, you’ll revel in the sense of wonderment and
anticipation as we ring in the Christmas season.
