Ice Out!

We’ve got GREAT news! The ice is OFFICIALLY off of Leech Lake as of yesterday! Sources say there is still some floating “slush” out there in spots, but for the most part the ice is all gone. May 15th is the second latest date since recording began in 1936 for ice out. The latest was May 23, 1950.  We are all so happy to have our lake back, and can’t wait to see you all this weekend for some shopping and fishing!
