2022 Rules and Regulations

November 14th – December 31st, 2022

  1. The Grand Prize will be $1000.00 in gift cards, there will be numerous additional prize packages.

Tickets for all prizes donated by sponsoring businesses will be drawn on January 9th, 2023, at

the Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, 201 Minnesota Ave East Walker, MN 56484.

  1. A ticket will be available from any of the sponsoring businesses listed on the official chamber website with a minimum purchase of $10.00 or over, not to exceed 40 tickets per transaction. Sponsoring businesses will not be able to give more than 40 tickets per transaction, even if it exceeds $400.00.
  1. Contest ticket distribution will run from November 14th, 2022, through close of business on December 31st, 2022
  1. Tickets will be picked up on the first full week of January 2023. If you can bring your tickets to the Leech Lake Area Chamber office during that week, it would be appreciated.
  1. The drawing will be held on January 9, 2023, at the Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. Three winning numbers will be drawn for each prize. They will be numbered 1-2-3, with #1 be the highest and so forth. The highest number to present their winning ticket by noon on January 27th will win the prize.
  1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to receive a ticket and need not be present to win.
  1. Ticket numbers drawn for prizes will be posted by 4:00 pm on January 9th, 2023, in all participating businesses and on www.leech-lake.com. List of winning numbers will be emailed out to all chamber members and will be available for pick up.
  1. Winning ticket holders have until Friday, January 27th, 2023, at Noon to present their winning ticket in person or by certified mail at the Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 1089, Walker, MN 56484 or their tickets will be null and void. If any prizes are unclaimed at noon on January 27, 2023 – the chamber will redraw and post.

 

  1. Sponsoring business owners and their employees will be eligible to win, only if a ticket drawn is not one in a sequence that has been issued to their business or place of employment.
  1. Employees may get credit for purchases at their store with a receipt signed by their store manager to be presented at the Chamber to receive their contest tickets.
  1. To obtain a single ticket without an accompanying purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 1089, Walker, MN 56484.
  1. Sponsors will provide on request, of a State Agency, a record of the names and addresses of all winners of prizes valued at $100 or more if a request is made within one year of contest termination.
  1. All decisions of the Leech Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and Paul Bunyan Broadcasting shall be final.
