Will Leech Lake Area Taxi be in service Feb 19-21 for the Eelpout Festival? Do they typically expect long waits during that weekend?

I am sure the taxi service will be up and running for Eel Pout. I do not believe the waits should be real long as most people stay in the area of the bay.
