 Hillcrest is an assisted living home at the top of the hill in Walker.  With a maximum of 10 residents, Hillcrest has a peaceful and relaxed feel.  Staff are on site around the clock, meeting a wide variety of needs.  Nurses supervise the staff, ensuring that residents’ physical, mental, and emotional needs are being met.  Residents and staff spend a lot of time gathered for home-cooked meals, long visits over coffee, parties, and other fun activities.  Despite the wide variety of needs and abilities, residents find common ground and encourage and support each other in the home-like setting.
